We have so many reasons to be sad, worried and overwhelmed.
I think we need just as many reasons for moments of happiness. We need happiness to ensure we keep our head above water so we don’t drown in our despair. Our happy moments give us hope.
I’d love to find happy moments with you. I’ve launched a project called Take Time, A Caregiving Happiness Project on Caring Our Way, our community on Mighty Networks. Each month beginning April 1, we’ll take inspiration from a one-word prompt to take simple actions in our day. When you join, you’ll also take a three-minute survey which will help me track the impact of our project on your happiness.
We can feel powerless to our challenges. Let’s see if happiness becomes our power.
